iPhone 4 – 2X The Memory
Jun 18th
This is pretty sweet. The new iPhone, in sweaty little palms next week, has twice the RAM of the 3GS, and twice the RAM of the iPad. That’s 512mb instead of 256mb. Along with its fast processor, it should mean be everything will run smoother and the phone should multi-task better. The memory size, speculated in the past, was confirmed yesterday.

Put The Oil In Your Backyard!
Jun 7th
This is a great site that shows the oil leak’s current coverage area in the Gulf of Mexico. Then, using your IP address, it moves the spill to your neighborhood. It’s amazing to see the coverage area of the leak if it were centered in Chicago. Click here and be prepared for a sobering graphical display.
iPhone 4
Jun 7th
We’ll see the new iPhone today. As a user of the iPhone since day 1 (3rd one out the door at Apple’s Michigan Avenue store) I always look forward to the latest version. Steve Jobs is expected to take the wraps off today. Expect better battery life, better screen, HD video (that’s why AT&T is changing the data plan), and an extra camera for video calls. This debut comes at a time when more manufacturers are launching phones that can really compete with the iPhone. But I think we’ll see Steve Jobs raise the bar just a little bit higher.
